If you have any questions about the hotel or your stay, feel free to write message to staff members. Think of this as direct hotline that can help you resolve any issues you have.

If you are staying at a hotel it is a great idea to stay updated. Hostie sends you notifications when your room has been cleaned, you receive a response from staff in chat or when one of your requests or bookings are accepted.
Although, if you want to not be distracted and stay inside, you can always disable notifications. We guarantee you will not get a single notification if you choose o opt out.
